To place an order for a piece in one of our collections or to start a conversation about a custom order, please email us at sales@PurpleTurtleJewelry.com listing which pieces from which collections you would like to purchase or what type of jewelry and stone/stones you are interested in for a custom order, your billing and shipping addresses and a phone number where you can be reached.

Once your request for a piece from one of our collections has been recieved we will send an invoice from our parent company: Anderson Solutions Design LLC with a payment link to your email address. It will include the price of the items you are purchasing, shipping and insurance costs for the price of the ordered jewelry.

If you are requesting a quote for a custom piece of jewelry please include a good time to contact you in your initial email. As the ordering of custom jewelry can be complex, when possible we will conduct a video call for custom orders to help with the ordering process.

Custom orders are subject to time and materials constraints. If we do not have the materials in stock for the piece you would like made we will require a 50% non refundable down payment for the quoted cost of your piece before ordering the materials for it. Delivery times for materials are dependant upon our suppliers who are located all over the world. If ordering a custom piece we will make you aware of timelines for completion once we have the materials on hand.

We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) with our default being USPS Priority Mail for United States domestic packages and Priority Mail Express International for international packages. We will ship via USPS Priority Mail Express or Global Express Guaranteed if desired but this must be mentioned in the order email. All orders will be shipped with insurance for the dollar amount of the items ordered, this is not negotiable.

In the event that more than one person requests the same item from a collection before the listing is marked sold, the email recieved first will have priority over the item. If an invoice for an item from a collection is not paid within 48 hours of being sent we will cancel the order. If a piece in that order was requested by another customer, the next email in line will then recieve an invoice for it.
